Customer Web Portal users:

The new Southcross Customer Portal is now available. The redesigned portal provides access to the same information as the previous portal, in addition to improved reporting capabilities and a flexible security model. The existing web portal will be available until November the 8th. You may access the new portal now to verify your account and access to all the correct meters. Please review the help documents below in the “Getting Started” section which will help with access and navigation in the new portal.
