Senior Engineer

• Provide leadership for engineering related work processes including but not limited to: Gas and Liquids Pipeline Engineering, Pipeline Mechanical Integrity, Pipeline Hydraulics and Simulations, Gas Process Engineering, Plant Mechanical Integrity including PSM Related Technical Support, Instrumentation and Controls, Equipment Preventive Maintenance, PM Scheduling and Documentation, and Gas Treating and Dehydration.
• Assist employees and / or contractors to maintain accurate pipeline information and mapping data bases using GIS tools.
• Advise employees and contractors performing Right of Way services including the purchase of new ROW, maintenance and repair of existing pipelines.
• Work with Business Development Representatives to provide timely and accurate designs and cost estimates for incremental new pipeline connections, pipeline expansions and interconnections, compressor installations, and settlement metering.
• Provide engineered designs for gas processing plant modifications and expansions.
• Provide pipeline and plant optimization performance reviews and develop opportunities for optimization projects.
• Prepare annual budgets for capital and expense projects.
• Project Management – Perform cost and schedule analysis from project conception through execution and start up to ensure on time and on budget solutions.
• Manage relationships with contract engineering and construction firms and their personnel as required.

Requirements:

• B. S. Degree in Engineering.
• Five years experience in Oil and Gas or related industry work with a Midstream or Pipeline company.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Highly motivated to work with other team members to develop, define, design, and implement gas plant and pipeline projects in a fast paced environment.

This position is located in our corporate offices at 1700 Pacific Ave., Dallas, TX. Company assets are located in South Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama. Some travel required to the operating areas when projects warrant. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
